Services
Four products. One diagnostic method.
Every ISEE engagement begins with the same question: what is the one organizational condition driving the symptoms you are managing? The answer determines which product fits.
Most tools measure how people feel inside an organization. ISEE measures whether the organization is built to execute. Those are different questions with different answers — and only one of them explains why initiatives keep failing.
Entry point
Compass Briefing
The sole cold-outreach entry product. A 30-minute briefing that gives superintendents and senior leaders a preliminary read on their organization's six STELAR dimensions. No commitment required.
What you receive
A written one-page organizational brief delivered within 72 hours of your briefing call. Names the one condition most likely driving your current symptoms and identifies which ISEE product addresses it.
Who it is for
Superintendents, cabinet members, and senior higher-education leaders who want an independent, outside read on organizational conditions before committing to a full diagnostic engagement.
Full diagnostic
Clarity Diagnostic
A full STELAR Framework diagnostic. ISEE measures all six organizational dimensions and delivers written findings identifying the one cross-cutting condition driving symptoms across departments.
S: Strategy
Whether stated goals are alive in daily decisions, not just in the strategic plan.
T: Talent
Whether conditions exist for teachers and staff to stay, not just whether positions are filled.
E: Execution
Whether operational systems function consistently, measured daily not by annual report.
L: Leadership
Whether leaders are visible and responsive, measured by those being led not by self-report.
A: Accountability
Whether commitments are kept at every organizational level as a daily measurable.
R: Resilience
Whether the organization sustains positive conditions under pressure and through transitions.
Deliverables include an executive summary and a board-ready findings brief. Board presentations available upon request.
Timeline: from first conversation to written findings, typically two to three weeks.
Specialized diagnostic
AI Organizational Readiness Diagnostic
Your district is either building conditions for AI to work, or paying for AI that won't. This diagnostic identifies the organizational conditions that determine whether AI adoption produces outcomes or sits unused.
The finding
95% of generative AI pilots never scale due to organizational conditions, not technology limitations. Districts need an independent organizational picture before purchasing AI solutions.
The deliverable
Written findings within 72 hours identifying the specific STELAR dimensions that must be addressed before AI adoption will produce outcomes for students.
Ongoing engagement
Steward Retainer
For organizations that want an independent organizational intelligence partner ongoing. Six dimension-specific repair modules, structured quarterly, with daily anonymous signal monitoring through ISEE Pulse. Built for superintendents and the boards who govern them.
Scope options
Single-dimension repair modules to full six-dimension retainers. Scope is determined by Clarity Diagnostic findings.
ISEE Pulse
Anonymous daily signal from teachers, staff, and administrators, the people who experience organizational conditions most directly.
Written intelligence
Quarterly written briefings delivered to the superintendent. An independent organizational picture, not an internal self-report.

Data governance
Your data stays yours.
District data collected through ISEE engagements is used solely for your organization's diagnostic findings. It is not aggregated across clients, shared with third parties, or retained beyond the engagement period. District data is deleted within 90 days of engagement completion. A deletion confirmation is provided to the district automatically.
